Indianapolis Religious Leaders Issue Statement on Interfaith Relations

In response to recent public discourse regarding the location of an Islamic mosque at Ground Zero in lower Manhattan and the threatened burning of Islamic scriptures by a Christian minister in Florida, Indianapolis religious leaders, including Indiana Regional Minister Richard Spleth and Christian Theological Seminary President Ed Wheeler, have offered a statement to the public affirming our nation’s fundamental values of religious liberty and mutual respect for all.
