Destined to Win: A Victory Celebration of Total Life Abundance

Emmaus Christian Church presents, “Thank God It’s Friday (TGIF): An Anointed Evening of Word and Worship” on Friday, March 5, at the church, located in Lafayette Square Mall, 3919 Lafayette Road in Indianapolis. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with services starting promptly at 7:00 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.

This installment continues the victory celebration, acknowledging that we are “Destined to Win” and are looking forward to a season of total life abundance. Joining in the celebration is the Stellar Award winning artist, Earnest Pugh, whose single release, “Rain On Us” is currently #1 on the Billboard Gospel Chart after debuting at #2.

Known as a worshiper, Pugh’s 5-octave range and talented songwriting skills netted him Stellar Award nominations. Pugh is the Director of Praise at Ebenezer A.M.E. Church, Ft. Washington, Md.

Beverly Crawford, who co-pastors the Gainesville Family Worship Center with her husband Todd Crawford, started her career as a member Bobby Jones & New Life Singers in 1985, and then launched a solo career in 1995, recording five albums and earning a Stellar Award for Traditional Female Vocalist and a Grammy Award nomination for Best Traditional Gospel.

TGIF is the vision of Henzy Green, Senior Pastor of Emmaus Christian Church, (Disciples of Christ) and Nicole Green, First Lady. “This series is a way people who are un-churched or de-churched can experience the presence of God like never before, without form, pretense, or politics. Everybody needs some church and Emmaus has been called to be an instrument to encourage people to live abundantly—in their health, career, family, emotionally, and financially, through personal relationship with God,” says Green.

Emmaus Christian Church holds its services at 9:00 a.m. every Sunday, at Lafayette Square Mall in Indianapolis. For more information, call 317-388-1466 or 317-258-0600.
